Our packages start from RM1,899 for 4 Hikvision 2MP cameras including installation. The 4-camera 5MP package starts from RM2,199 and the 8-camera 5MP package from RM3,599. The final price depends on site conditions such as cable length and mounting height, and is stated in your quotation.

Yes, only if site conditions require it, for example cable beyond the included allowance, mounting above the standard height or special work. Rates for additional charges are stated in your quotation and any additional work is agreed with you first.

It depends on the number of cameras and the premises. Most residential installations of 4 to 8 cameras can be completed within one working day. Larger premises may need more time, which we confirm after a survey.

Yes, please make sure you or an adult representative is at the premises to provide access, confirm camera positions and receive a short training at the end of the installation.

Yes. We set up the Hik-Connect app on your phone. Remote viewing requires a stable internet connection at your premises.

5MP cameras record more pixels than 2MP (Full HD), so details such as faces and number plates stay clearer when you zoom into a recording. 2MP suits a lower budget and closer areas.

The deposit amount is shown in your quotation and calculated according to Y5 Security's current deposit policy. The balance is paid according to the terms in the quotation.

Online payments are confirmed through a secure notification from the payment gateway. Manual bank transfers are checked by the Y5 team before confirmation. You receive an email and a receipt once confirmed.

Every installation comes with a workmanship warranty starting from the date you confirm the installation. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to the model. Full details are in our Warranty Policy.

Y5 Security is an independent installation company that uses Hikvision products. We do not claim to be an official Hikvision distributor or partner.
